Research on decision making shows that we often rely on intuition to make decisions, even when we think we are being logical.  It can work well, the caution is we rarely detect our own biases or errors in thinking.  There are few ways to can support quality decision making.

  • the power of unconscious biases (both good and bad)
  • a few ideas about how to ensure quality decisions
